Studio policies

Turnaround Times

• Logo development: 14 business days
• Individual services: 14–17 business days
• Website development: 3–5 weeks
• Branding packages: 3–6 weeks
• Retainer deliverables: per tier turnaround above

Payment & Refunds

All sales are final. Payment is due in full before work begins, and no refunds are issued once a project has started, including after proofs have been shared. Retainer memberships are billed monthly and can be paused or cancelled with advance notice.

Proofs & Revisions

• Logos receive 3 initial concepts
• All other services receive 1–2 proofs
• One free revision is included per project
• Retainer revisions follow each tier's allowance
• Additional revisions are billed separately

What We Need From You

Before work begins, clients must provide their branding assets and website content — logo files, photography, and written copy for each page. Projects can't move forward without it, so the sooner it's in hand, the sooner we start.

Before You Book

• Please only book once your information is fully prepared and ready to share
• Professional photography is recommended for the best results
• Stock photography can be added to a project for an additional fee
• Your domain and website plan must be set up before a website project begins

Getting Started

Once booked, a contract and short project questionnaire are sent by email and must be completed before work begins. Clients have a 48-hour window to respond with any requested information — projects left incomplete past that window may be cancelled without a refund, so please reach out right away if you need more time.
